Break time

I often have time for Gunpla these days, just two weeks ago I was offer a freelance job as photographer/ editor in one place. You can say I was on my Gunpla break, but once I have my paid I will straight buy spray paints for sure!

At the moment, I have built few Gundam kits; HG 1/144 MS-06S ZAKU 2 Origin and HG 1/144 Powered GM Cardigan. Both kits are straight-built and snap-fitted (bacis nubs remove and all that). I’m quite impress by the two kits; Zaku Origin is my first Zaku I ever own. From the moment I finished built the head and body part I begin to fall in love with the design and the articulation. The cute skirts which most parts of it are moved. And not to mention Rifles gun, damn that’s sexy. I really wish I could do custom built but after realizing how perfect Zaku is and to own ever first Zaku, after the improvement kits after kits, boy I’m in love with this kit.

As for Powered GM Cardigan, just after finished assembling and realize there were at least 15 parts still attach to runners. I didn’t know what to do with it except (in our minds) custom built or kit bashing. Then after a while I understand that this kit can be two ways either you chose to be Powered GYM or Powered GM Cardigan. I’m lovin both ways but I’m just gona stick with GM Cardigan.

So since tomorrow is weekends, perhaps I might spare time for one Gunpla kit. Just recently bought SD RX-78 Gundam kit at Gundam Kitani Store at HALF HALF Mall Gadong. For $15 If I remember. I might work on that or perhaps HG Noble Gundam (my very first female Gundam kit).

Let’s talk about ToyCon 2016 which will happen this year July/August 2016. I have in mind which kit I’m gona use for the entry (from IBO series). It requires kit bashing plus a lot of modification. I won’t talk much about it at least you guys heard the general knowledge what’s a head.

Also, I have been working on the updates "Where can you find Gundam/Gunpla kits in Brunei?" so, stay tune!
