I finally have my GRUNT choice! It’s
not Powered GM Cardigan nor RGM-96X Jesta Cannon! The kit manufactured way back
Bandai 2006 Japan – RGM-79FP GM STRIKER! I bought this kit at online local
business ‘Tiny Station’ do visit their Facebook page. They sell quite few
Gundam kits and price wise is good!

MASS PRODUCTIVE CLOSE COMBAT
I really love the details on this
kit, sort of bulky and full armour Gundam with a unique touch of weapon beams.
I’m not a fan of the colour scheme there, most likely change the colour. I’m
going for Gray scale tone colour (maybe) that suits the theme (Dessert combat).
That’s my plan so far, but I’m currently just a basic straight build, remove
any nubs and seam lines as well (its gona be my first experiment removing seam
line invisible!) [break a leg]. I bought Tamiya Putty and Tamiya Cement the
other day from Guan Hock Lee Hobby Store(Tungku Link). I will do it slowly,
steadily and patiently as possible (although I hate slow “WIP” but ‘as patient
you can be, at the end result is worth paying for’). I just hope I don’t do it
rush, the competition is around December, I may have more time to do it but I’m
planning to make Diorama too haha (beginner like me is uncanny). Something I
never imagine to go for it, let see how far I can go! But one thing for sure,
my kit has to be thebadass killer grunt!
Ok here’s something made my day,
Zack the Zakuarelius(Youtuber) share all “Gunpla Posing Contest September 2015”
photo entries to Mindfenix pinterest page! Do look through all the photos from
link below. See if you can spot my G-Lucifer.
As i look through, i spotted 2
Bruneians entering the contest out of 200+ entries from all over the world.
It’s nice to see 3 Bruneians (including myself) having the similar attention as
other international builders, having that self-confident to participating the
event. I love sharing my WIP (work in progress) through Instagram. It’s one way
to communicate and I’ve been follow up from Korea, Indonesia, London, Malaysia
but more towards Asia region. Seeing someone’s WIP in making Gundam kit is
inspiring and motivates me to do better. I’m too confident enough to build
beyond my comfort level but I’ve not yet experiment it first before doing the
actual work. Often it’s my mistakes.
I’m all about sharing stuff and
learning at the same time.
If there's anything, do comment below. Thanks!
